TOP CHOICE CONCRETE LLC is a NC DBE/WBE certified concrete company offering curb, gutter and sidewalk services in both commercial and residential settings. We are also available for DOT projects. TOP CHOICE currently serves the greater Charlotte and surrounding areas with other locations coming soon!

TOP CHOICE was founded in 2020 by Patti Richardson, who envisioned building a successful family business. Patti and her husband, Steve Richardson, a 33 year veteran of the concrete industry, are joined by two of their sons, Jeff and Mark, who also have years of experience in the concrete business. Together, along with their dedicated crew, they strive  to offer quality work and dependability that is  second to none.
